Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Here are the most frequently asked questions for your convenience!

Once your signup is validated, we will schedule your order out for delivery. This can take between 10-20 minutes. Then we will text you an ETA update. 

We are currently only able to accept cash upon arrival. Please do your best to have the exact amount of change for our drivers. 

We are currently not accepting any refunds on used product. However, we strive to have the best customer service and please let us know if you are displeased with any products. If the wrong item is delivered, we are happy to credit or re-deliver the product. 

Once an order is placed, you will not be allowed to change the order. However, you can let us know if you would like to cancel. 

The person that places the order has to accept the order. If you wish for someone to accept an order on your behalf, please have the party complete a profile and contact customer service immediately.
